Day 1:
Arrive Jabalpur to Kanha (165km, 4.5 hours) - Arrive Jabalpur Airport/Station, drive to Kanha National Park through rural Madhya Pradesh, check-in jungle resort near Khatia/Kisli gate, afternoon leisure, evening nature walk around resort, night sounds of jungle, orientation about safari next day, overnight Kanha|Day 2-3: Kanha Tiger Reserve Safaris - Two full days with morning (6am) and afternoon (3pm) jeep safaris in different zones (Kanha, Kisli, Mukki, Sarhi - zones allotted by park authorities), Kanha famous for: Bengal tigers, barasingha (swamp deer, hard-ground subspecies only found here), leopards (elusive), wild dogs (dholes in packs), gaur (Indian bison largest in world), spotted deer, sambar, langur, sloth bear, 300+ bird species, Jungle Book meadows (Kipling inspiration), evening bonfire, wildlife documentaries, overnight Kanha|
Day 4:
Kanha to Bandhavgarh (215km, 5-6 hours) - Morning optional final safari or leisure, drive to Bandhavgarh (highest tiger density in India, 60-70 tigers in 450 sq km), check-in resort near Tala gate, afternoon visit Bandhavgarh Fort (325m hilltop, ruins date to 2000 years, 39 caves with inscriptions and Vishnu sculptures, panoramic park views - no vehicle entry, 3km uphill trek/jeep till Shesh Shaiya statue), overnight Bandhavgarh|Day 5-6: Bandhavgarh Safaris - Morning and evening safaris in Tala zone (best for tiger sightings), Magdhi, Khitauli zones, Bandhavgarh famous for: highest tiger density, very comfortable tigers seen frequently, ancient fort ruins backdrop, white tigers originated here (not in wild now), leopards, sloth bears, deer species, 250+ bird species, evening wildlife lecture by naturalist, overnight Bandhavgarh|
Day 7:
Bandhavgarh to Pench (290km, 7 hours) - Morning final safari, drive to Pench National Park (Mowgli Land, on MP-Maharashtra border, inspiration for Jungle Book), check-in resort, overnight Pench|
Day 8:
Pench Safari - Morning and afternoon safaris in Pench (teak and bamboo forests, Pench River meandering through park), wildlife: tigers, leopards, wild dogs, gaur, four-horned antelope, nilgai, spotted deer, excellent birdlife (hornbills, kingfishers, peafowls), evening departure to Nagpur Airport (90km, 2 hours) for onward journey, or overnight Pench|
Day 9:
Departure - Transfer to Nagpur/Jabalpur for departure, tour ends with wildlife memories
